Well, the dealer replaced my stabilizer bar bushings, front and rear, and although its only 10F outside so far the squeeking is gone. I'll have to wait for the temps to dip again before I can really test it, but it no longer sounds like I'm dragging the bottom of the car on the road.
No negative anomalies so far, and my car was in one piece, and no assembly was required. I haven't noticed any performance downsides. Here's the proof.
