Ready for Snow!

Man I'm jealous you locals can get a discount...I need to get some winter tires bad but even the steelies are a bit expensive from tirerack.com

if i could get tirerack to ship wholesale nationwide, i would do this for everyone :(

Didn't realize we had a discount with you Ken. I bought a set of All-seasons back in October. BLAST!!! Oh well, so far my Kumho Ecsta ASX's are holding up ok. 225/40R18, they look like rubber bands on the MS6 stock rims, but C'est La Vie.

Had the same tires on my Evo. Handled the weather pretty good.(drive)

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I survived my first two winters up here in my Mazda3i on All-season Goodyears. Now the wife has the 3i and I have the MS6, WAHOO AWD!

i don't really publicize it too much, but if you need somethign let me know

Do they blind dropship? I'd order tires from you if they did, Ken.

they won't :( probably to keep that aspect of business to themselves

Ohhh it's cool. Nice to know you would but I already knew they wouldn't! Sweet deal for you locals like I said though. Too bad I don't really have a reason to go out near your shop lol.

having tires that are capable of handling the snow make driving in snow much easier....and fun.

Amen to that! I absolutely hate winter. But I love my car and I love to drive. So if I can drive worry-free without having the weather dictating my drive or difficulty, it makes it a lot more enjoyable to get through. Best investment anyone can make on their cars is buying the right set of tires and knowing what they can do! This includes researching the stock tires as well and appreciating their strong--and weak points.

thats because i dropped it like its hot, dropped it like its hot, dropped it like its hot. (cue snoop)

ken, let me know when you get your wheels painted. im thinking of having mine done in the spring.

i just dropped mine off at the Blast Shop in kenosha actually. i've had other things done there, very professional and very good work. depending on the color, turnaround tends to be very good as well. they are just west of sheridan and the train tracks on washington.

The price is really good for this combo, so if any of you locals want a set let me know as I have a decent discount through Tire Rack.

What's a set of 195/65/15 for a 2005 Corolla go for? I think 100 x 5 bolt, though unsure about the offset

Ship residential to 60633
