now that you did this, I want to see someone try these wheels with like a +35 offset or so, that way they don't stick out as much. Wheels lookin soooo bad ass though man, props for pioneering the 3 with 18x9" wheels. Can't wait to get my wheels, pretty sure im gonna be the first 3 with them

to anyone considering this, theres no way in hell of making an 18x9 fit with anything higher than a 40 offset, actually 35 would even be pushing it, im pretty close to the front strut..

good, thats what i like to hear. at the height shown above, there is no rubbing, but i want the rear to be lower, im still trying to think of more solutions to getting another quarter inch out of that rear quarter panel. the front's aint a problem, i could probably go even lower but im not going to risk it, and i didn't have to make any adjustments or even roll the fenders. i hope that more people jump on the bandwagon because more solutions will rise as we go on, but again i have to say that i truly dont think this is possible without coilovers, id like for you to prove me wrong, but i dont think its possible..

he "Can't" lower it without rubbing, or else he would lower it, he has coil overs

Just a little too much. If you were a 1/2" skinnier, it might look OK, but that's just too much poke. It looks OK on the VW's that do that all the time, but doesn't fit with out cars.

Aggressive is fine like the Evo thread you posted, but how many of those do you see sticking way out like yours are?
