From LX to MSP- my build.

no. my car is at my shop now. i little place i rent out for the pro and other work i do on cars.. ..but yea, i'll do my best to be there.. assuming i can find a trans for cheap and can come up w/ the 5k or so for the motor...


and as for the wire tuck..no..that's next on my agenda. we'll see how it goes.. it's gonna be hard..but prolly worth it. i've just got so much s*** going on right now, it sucks.

but there is SOOO much wrong with that car, almost i'd be tempted to say its not even a MSP.

Headlights are chrome bezel(msp's dark)
stock P5 radio
but their are some things that shows it is a MSP
gauges are correct, taillights are correct with pinkish tint.

MSP were only made 03 correct?

Also, look on the trunk, there is a 99 - 01 protege badge, no mazdaspeed badge to be found.

vin says 03-03, and they didn't make that color blue for the regular protege until 03

Mazda also made a few 02 or early 03 MSP's I believe. You can tell if they are the early ones if they don't have the front and rear lips, they look more like an MP3. Thats why you hear people say they have a 2003.5 MSP cause they came out with another MSP model late in 03 with the lips and a few other things

yeah, i thought that too, but the gauges are correct, and so are the taillights, which are usually over looked, as well as the interior.

Maybe its just certain parts were lost or damaged and replaced with cheaper stuff? (headlights, badge, etc.)

alright guys.. here's a cheater ass update..

a picture of one of my suspension pieces i powdercoated... you LOVE IT! i do.. looks awesome.. now if i can find someone to swap plus cash on my valve cover.. check my thread..

i'm also looking to maybe get rid of some extra parts that i dont need yet...

like.. my 7.5lb flywheel..idk though.

yep it's a fidanza.. and the swap plus cash would be.. someone will give me some cash TBD, and their msp valve cover, i send them my freshly powdercoated one!
