I'd pay 120$ if they looked like they were designed and molded for the car.
To me these look like DIY 15$ wallyworld flaps. If this material is so expensive, maybe they should have used something else. For 120$ my good friend bought heavy duty 18 wheeler flaps with chrome girl bottoms for his lifted Dodge Ram. Also, I've owned plenty of trucks and can't remember breaking a flap made of "inferior material". C'mon guys, give us something worthy.

Damn you are willing to pay 15 bucks for wally flaps? I think even that is a ripoff and just way out of line. What I did was steal my neigbors garbage can one night and cut up a set for my ride and total cost was zero. I even found the eight screws laying on the ground at a construction site so the total cost for me was zero. Everyone tells me they look like s*** but hey the are free. LOL

Think I will order a set of basics myself.

I ordered the cheap ones from Rallyarmor on Monday and deliverd Thursday. I like the quality of these flaps and plan on slapping them on this weekend. Vey easy doing business with this company as well. And no I will not post pics because I dont know how to so dont ask.

Fear the Metro Grey with the cheap flaps.(shocked)

any made for the protege? i could use these, the side of my car always has dirt and dust on it, i bet these would help alot

plus i like the way they look lol

Well I put on the set of cheap flaps and they look really nice. Install was easy and since i had to rotate the tires thats the time I did it.

No pics and dont ask either.(fu)

Also installed the Forge BPV today, and waiting on a shipped cs racepipe then Nano from CP-E then I'm done bitches.

Mine came Friday, really fast. I'm planning on washing the car tomorrow and installing them. So hopefully tomorrow night I'll be posting some pics of them on a silver MS3.

Ok, they're on! It was a bit more trouble than I thought, took me about 2 hours on a cool sunny day in my driveway. I don't have much experience with mud flaps or messing with fender liners though. But I like the results. Some tips:

-There are a bunch of screws, but only two longer screws.
-Don't try to go by their photocopied directions. Either print out the instructions PDF from rallyarmor.com on a color printer or take a laptop outside with the PDF up . I really couldn't grasp what the directions were saying in some parts without seeing the pictures. In their pictures the car is red so you can more easily see what's going on.
-On the front flaps, you won't be using the top hole for the mud flaps. You will put the top screw back in when you're done, but all the screws need to come out so the fender liner can be pulled out of the way during part of the installation.
-You'll need to remove the rear wheels or at least jack up that corner of the car. I jacked mine up, even so it was tight. Good opportunity to try out your jack before you're on the side of the road with a flat.
-I'd never drilled out a rivet before, but just get a bit a little bigger than the little hole in the center of the rivet, stick it in the hole, and take it slow. The rivet will come out once you've drilled deep enough.
-With the wheel on, the screws on the rear flaps are hard to get to/tighten. Remember the rear bumper cover will flex outwards (to a point.). A stubby or long-shafted screwdriver helps. The middle screw on the back flaps I still had to use pliers to tighten though.

Now for the pics. I wanted clearer pics from the rear, but it was getting late and then sun was behind the forest across the road, so it was getting dark in the driveway:

A rear flap. The logo is etched into the flap, you can't hardly notice it except when the light is right:

The hardware. Remember two screws are longer. In the top left are the original screws from the MS3 fender liner/side skirt.

Overall these are quality flaps, they are packed carefully with paper in between each flap, so they come to you undamaged. The hardware is good, only place they could use improvement is they need to invest in a color printer for the instructions.

I'm looking forward to having much less crap on the sides of my car.

if you don't own them don't talk s***. they are molded to the car, and who cares about what you paid for your truck flaps, welcome to the tuner world, we dont half ass red neck style. We also don't have everyone and their mother making parts for this car, welcome to the world of mazdaspeed, it's people that say things like you and half the people in here, that keep companies from making stuff for our cars.
I'm not buying that excuse. The flaps on my Ram and on my 300C are factory molded flaps. I only paid about $140 for all eight flaps. Every picture I've seen of the Rally Armor flaps look like Wally World flaps with "Rally Armor" embossed on 'em. It's just a flat piece of durable plastic. I haven't seen any evidence of molding, just cutting. Still not worth $30 each.

It's true they're flat. But the Basics are only ~$50 shipped. Nothing else available, and these come with stainless screws and no hole drilling (you do have to drill out 2 rivets for the rear flaps.)

thanks for the write-up dude, much appreciated. I gotta get these on before they start putting that damn salt and sand on the roads.

Just ordered these a couple days back and hope to have them installed within a week or two. Hope it's worth the cash I'm dishing out :)!

They look pretty slick, man. You are correct-a-mundo 'bout keepin' stuff off the sides of the car.

Look out Mike, "You might be a Redneck".(stash)
By the way Ghost, you ever talk s*** about a car you don't own? Maybe one you raced?
This is how we help each other, by asking questions, and sharing knowledge.
I realize there is a smaller market for aftermarket parts in our world. I would expect to pay more for a quality molded part,
but these look like simple cutouts. Custom = pre drilled holes now?(crazy)

I can buy similar flaps all day for <40$
Sorry to rag R.A., but I feel these are over priced.

Now this is a custom molded flap that I might pay >100$ for.
