What have you done to your P5 today?

yeah, i had dibs and was ready to pay for CF spoiler, but Rob wanted it moer, and i was supposed to get super sick deal on his MSP suspension, but it is gone and i am CF-less on stock suspension

i didi want espilars, but noone warned me of them till this past week, so, now i'm going H&R


And with all the horror stories of everyone that has boosted thier pro5, i'm REALLY getting tempted to go the N/A route!
 
tylor did you see the corksport thread about their new exhaust cam?

they siad their test protege did 166whp w/ both cams, header, full exhaust and intake, w/o a tune.

you can't keep your car running, Krazie fox is going to pull his hair out, 808 is spewing oil everywhere, speedhornet can't get his car to run right, and i know of at least one other

Scary crap. And, there is an N/A route. just not as fast or easy, but sounds beastly!!

there are tons of people running turbos with out issues too...go with a MSP kit, keep it simple and you'll be fine...

turbo or N/A?

i know turbo is cheaper, and if I go MSP, i'd upgrade to hard pipes and BOV

wouldn't mess with FMIC or bigger turbo. MAYBE a different manifold, and, possibly intke mani from 505
 
I had the day off and took advantage of the 70+ degree weather to give her a wash/wax and detail. I also finally took off the burnt Rockblocker fog protection and applied the Expel kit.

OMG what a difference. They look so much better, fit better and were so much easier to apply.

I will post up some pics later.

Then I took her for a drive to the tire shop so I could get the tires dis-mounted from the Tribute wheels. Just awaiting the phone call to go pick them up.
