What have you done to your P5 today?

Discovered another burnt out headlight.

I'm ninja-quick with that little spring clip nowadays.

Just the same, I'm definitely leaning towards trying out HID's.

Who has 'em?

From what i read everyone says 'aim them down', is there an actual adjustment screw on our headlights that allow for that, or are they physically aiming the HID bulb/thingy down in the housing? (My other cars had some device for aiming the headlights..havent noticed on my p5)

Anyone know if Any group buys/AV's still have them available?

Highly recommend HID's. The adjustment screw is a little brass nut on the back of the headlight, its in between the high and low beams down towards the bottom. you can either use a 10mm ratchet or a philips head screw driver.

Got rid of the crappy, leaking TurboXS BOV and put my Boost Sciences RDV back on. It's kind of weird using a BPV like a BOV. It doesn't work perfectly but at least the P5 is driveable and doesn't stall out. It's funny though, it'd been less than a day and already the P0171 CEL has cleared itself.

i can't say, as he isn't an "Approved vendor" on this site

But you have PM

Just do what I said in the PM and you'll be more than fine. I have tested it up to 110 mph. ;)

NP, at first I was afraid to cruise over 90 but I did that all the way from Boynton Beach to Kissimmee the other night. I "accidently" tested it at the before mentioned speed, no problems. Just do the 4 screws, I have nuts and blots, and then the one long strip of tape. You could do a little tape on the sides right under your side markers but I couldn't get it to stick much there.

I have done 110 with mine on, and being held on by no screws or tape. It held fine, tho I don't recommend it. Oh, and when they say be careful of the parking lots you pull in to, they're not kidding. (Why do you think it's no longer on my car?)
