Srt-4

I've riden, but never driven. They are quick, but imo they are uncomfortable after a few minutes. Also, I've never trusted dodge except for trucks.

I was actually on the road the other day messing with an SRT-4. Had a HUGE intercooler, and I could hear his turbo spooling through his exhaust from about 3 cars back like a big desil truck. We only got up to about 80 and he had about a car and a half on me at that point. It was quick man, for real!

Still, I hate neons and am very happy with my speed3!!

I would not waste the money on a SRT-4. My cousin had an 05 ACR and it had a lot of problems so he traded it back in for a Subaru STi. He wishes he never traded his 03 WRX in for it. He said it was a major downgrade. Plus the whole stigma surrounding SRT-4 drivers being douchebags is very true.

I would look for a used unmolested MS3 if that is in your price range.

LOL! I'm surprised she hasnt chimmed in yet but Jen has a saying for the SRT-4...

If your looking to just go faster than go for it. My next car would be an upgrade to another class car. Evo8/9, sti, s2000, rx7, 350. Srt4's can be very tempting because with boltons and tuning they can embarras the big boys. Maybe wait and see what that new Hyandai will be about.

i actually used to own a srt-4 and with mine for some reason the stock clutch feels like it sticks it harder to push down than the mazda but its an all around bad ass car what other car can you buy for good money that runs 14s stock?

WRX if you can drive it will run 14's all day,
my friend has one and i have put on three turbos, two clutches, and an axle...

he has crane cams, walbro 255, injectors, intake, gutted exhaust, and D-tec and all he is making is 243whp, and 257wtq @ 19lbs and the guy that tunned it is very respected around here... he has tunned many 500+ srt-4's, all that being said IMO thats weak sauce....

they handle like crap and dont brake any better then a 70's caprice wagon...
