Sorry for the numb question but If I reflash my ECU with a map (with my COBB), does it erase all the "learning" made by the ECU before?
If so, it means that I must not drive WOT for a certain period of time, right?

yes it erases all the "learning"

check the cobb forums for a bit more info as to whether or not to take it to "wot"

rep when changing your map its just like unhooking the battery for the ecu. it has to start all over. i dont think you need to stay out of WOT though. thats how the car learns. the car has several levels fof fuel trims that are based on throttle position. if you dont go WOT it wont learn its fuel trims for it.

As Tru boost said however i thing the "learning" thing is overrated. My LT trims were virtually identical when i installed my stage 1 map and after 200 miles. Not much learning going on IMO

Thanks guys.
I'm running the stage II +MSCAI for about 400 mile and the car feel seriously more powerfull! Or maybe it's in my head LOL

the LT trims show what the ECU has learned already. if they stay steady that means your ecu is doing a good job ! its when the short terms trims move all over the place that you have issues .
