ok so im having a problem with clunking from my rear sway i guess... took a look under the car and the part where the 2 settings are (dont know what else to call them) are pretty much sitting on something on both sides, they are just rubbing up against a metal piece on the bottom... i need a pic of where they should be and where the brackets are set (like how high and how low, etc..).
i am using the stiffest setting...

Put in a pic of what yours looks like. I have the rear bar and this just does not sound right.
 
Sounds like you're having the same issue as me. The 4 bolts holding on the brackets are probably coming lose on you. I can't seem to fix this problem.

no fixed it... the sway was installed upside down... stupid us... didnt notice the difference at all
 
In tech support we call that an "eye dee ten tee" problem.

LMAO... well s*** happens... when we first installed it we jacked the car up put it in and didnt really think about how the sway bar actually fit in cuz when we put it in it didnt hit at first... oh well at least its fixed now...
