He registered the same month I did. Check his post count. It's very, very, very, very hard to just ignore him, because he is everywhere. He derails threads frequently, ignores people that ask him to stop being rude, complains to mods when people get sick of his behaviour, and can't handle hearing people's opinions if they disagree with his. I'd rather not poke the bee hive, as it were, I'd just like him to wake up. I am not the only person who thinks this.

I've said this about him before. He's a pretty good contributor to forum discussion when he's not being an ass. I am not the only person who thinks this, either.

I start a thread titled: MS3 to S2000? and you just come out of the woodworks with how you think I'm a "fanboy and how I think every other car out there basically sucks in comparison" First off, I've never posted anything that would suggest what you said is true. Ahhh I owned both at the same time for about 6-8 months. I just traded the S2k in for an H3. lol I needed something larger for the business (event videography) and something that could actually drive in the winter. I actually really like it...but that's neither here nor there.

The S2k is a fantastic car- it's not torqy but offers VERY good acceleration on the highway. It's much more fun to drive on the highway than the MS3 but the MS3 it's a bit more lively around town. Overall the steering feel, tracking, and shifter are worlds better than the MS3.

It's not really the best daily driver- where as the MS3 makes a perfectly good daily. The S2k will indeed turn heads, pretty much anywhere you go- where as the MS3 seems to be pretty stealth.

The worst part about trading cars in is the negative equity you get slammed with. I just toyed around with the idea of trading the MS3 in for a Crossfire SRT-6. They were near 50k brand new and you can get a low milage (2-3k) for around 22-25k! The best part is with a CAI, Full Exhaust, and upgraded Supercharger Pulley you'll see EASY mid 12's. 75 shot of spray and your borderline 11's. Not to bad for an investment less than the cost of a MS3 including the SRT-6's supporting mods. ...But I digress, anyway I went to trade the MS3 in and it's only got 3,600 miles on it and is litterally *mint*. They offered me 18k.... my payoff is 24k. I wasn't willing to eat 6k of negative equity for a 6 month old car. (wow)

Some time recently someone made a thread and the Cobalt SS SC came up. People discussed it being a decent ride, pretty quick. You dismissed it as being cheap and crappy and would not stop arguing about you'd never have even thought of buying one, who the hell would want one?!

Fast forward to tonight: Someone brings up getting something with the new GM turbo I4, like the Cobalt SS and your answer was... "I thought about it."

I only made the same point others have made in this thread: you changing your tune on the MS3 after giving so many other people a hard time about discussing other cars is pretty ironic, and hilarious.

I guess me and everyone else that has noticed your pattern of behaviour is wrong, then? You say it's just 2 or 3 people who get on your case about this, but I can count more than that in this thread alone, and have received (unsolicited) PMs from at least 4 other people about it, one of which was from a moderator.

Again, on topic advice, if you want it: drive what you want. If that's an MS3, awesome. If it's an S2000, cool. If it's a Miata, neat. Just drive what you're happiest in. This is the last reply you're getting from me in this thread, so you'll have to fight someone else for the night.

LazerBlueP5 - Thanks a bunch for the review! Granted I've only had a few brief / limited times behind the wheel of an S2000, your assessment of it is pretty much dead on in my opinion. Yes, it doesn't have much TQ but makes pretty decent power and is an absolute blast to drive.

However, I'm still torn on this... You know I really like the MS3, I guess I'm just never 100% satisfied. Probably explains why I'm still single....

From my evaluation of LazerBlue, it would probably be better if you kept the MS3 as you don't know what will happen in your future!

As much as I like the S2000 I couldn't bring myself to own an S2k or any Honda anywhere in the central florida area. Before you know it it'll get stolen and in the S2k's case have the interior gutted only to show up in a civic the next day.

I can appreciate your case of the figits as it seems you've done all of the straight forward mods but it seems kinda dippy to ask about Honda on a Mazda forum particularly a forum that bills itself as Mazda 24/7.

Honda or not, most of us here knows and acknowledge nice cars. This thing blew out of proportion because op has a history of excessive ms3 fanboyism. Check his post history, history doesnt lie. It really is ironic and hilarious. Another thing that annoys me about this guy is that whenever something like this happens, he loves to refer to and point out 2-3 people which i am one of. Apprently, he sees us as his arch nemesis and hater(my guess).

Ok so i made some negative post about ms3 and praised some other cars, and he goes off flaming me or starts never asked comparison why his god car is better. Ridiculous if you ask me.
