What have you done to your P5 today?

I stared at the burnt out fog light and said, "Not again!!!"

Then spent way too many minutes trying to download the service manual but that didn't work either.

Just got done yanking the Hatch off..Its going out in a bit to get the Holes welded up for the emblems..Pics of that later.

Ok....Took the hatch down and Had the holes Tigged up....Brought it home and grinded them down....Laid A skim coat of filler and blocked it out.

Just need a good coat of 2K primer , block it out again..and Voila....Shaved hatch! (alright)

Also Had my Corksport S-Pipe tigged up with some solid mount stainless studs.
No stripping or coming loose on this bad boy.

Man lookin good! That's a bit of work ahead of you...when do we get to see the results?

I'm about to make my first attempt at tuning. Actually converting my 2bar maps to 3bar and then swapping in the 565cc injectors and making adjustments for them. A few datalogs... just to get me running until I take it to someone to fine tune for sime higher boost.
 
YEah..I got a bit of work ahead of me considering I am doing an all over paint on the car..then installing the new motor and Turbo setup, Stand alone, Suspension, and then Dyno tuning out the rear....I hope to have it done by the end of July..I am just now starting to really get some work going on it.
 
Can someone got a bit more into detail as to what the 1bar, 2bar, ect ect means and way PSI that is at? Why is it called 1bar?

I know im not the only one who has no idea wth that is other then its a turbo term.
