Ladies and Gentlemen, please make sure that you PM myself or Raynman with the number of guests that you are bringing and their shirt sizes, please. I want to make sure we have everything in order by weeks end, sooner if we can get everyones coooperatiion.
Sorry, I have not been more visible, but I have been working on a number of Corral Projects, Mazda Raceway, The Mitty, Miller Park, Road America and Mid-Ohio......
We will still do the Kent Park Cruise and BBQ and we may have to incorporate a few of the meet and greets into it. Once we hit the ground, Ray, Lauri and myself will have a better idea of who, what and where.
We've added a few more Mazda Teams to the mix, Jameson Riley and team ROAR who compete in the KONI Challenge....
I have contacted a couple of vendors to see if they would be willing to donate a few items for a raffle, all of the money we raise will be going to Autism Speaks...... We will also have some additional items for purchase for members and their guests.
Looking forward to seeing you guys al again, we had a great time last year and this year looks to an even better event! I want to thank all of you guys for stepping up big again, we appreciate the way NEPOC committs to this event!
We will have a 9-10 car caravan from OH-CT, we've rented a house for allof our membership, so will be close by..if you guys need anything, please feel free to call me or Lauri on our cells
