Sorry guys, been super swamped. If you have not received replacement screws it might be that they broke out of the envolope as a few have. Please let me know and I will throw some more screws in a BAG this time and get them off. I do not check the threads everyday as I am trying to just keep up with PM's at this point.

another mail delivery another day, NO SCREWS!(rant) brach, you've gotta come through man! damn!(shrug)

Wow...This long and still no screws.
Not cool.
I am sure he'll get them out though..But man is it taking quite a bit.

and i paid for that pulley nov. 11th!
I know..I have watched your posts about it and how others have gotten some of their screws.

What screws are these...they cant be that damn special that you cant go over to a Fastenal or your local hardware store and pick them up.

Thats what I would do for four screws. (boom07)

Brach told me that he was running new pulleys this week and would be shipping them out next week. Hopefully this is true.

+ 1,000,000,000...get some from anywhere, get some red loctite, move on with life...if you can't just wait.

i thought about that guys, but two things to remember...
1. i paid for the pulley with the screws
2. if i buy my screws and don't use his, and the thing flys apart...i'm at fault, and i have no recourse

may sound dumb, but i've been down all thes long winding roads before....i want his screws that he has that are made to go with his pulley...i'm not taking any chances....make sense?(uhm)

I guess what I meant was, if you got 2 in the mail then get 2 more of the same. I hear what you're saying but these screws just hold the crank sensor wheel on the pulley. Other than them being the right threads, lengths & properly tightened, I don't see much other science here. But you did pay for them soooo, yes you should get all of them.

it's like with beau, he sends me some of the parts and not others...some told me, well just go buy what he didn't send you...well, ya i could, but i paid for every part not just some of the parts...i did in the end have to get some of them...but you understand...i gave the guy thousands of $$ please just send me what you told me you were! (bang) I wouldn't expect a nut or bolt from any vendor if i didn't pay him...but he had my cash and i had 3/4 of an order......anyways, that's history (i used to love history)

hmm I seriously think you can get screws that will work just fine...Im sure he didnt engineer special screws...he probably just bought what worked...and it's messed up that he didnt send them. But if you want to put those things on I say just get some screws....you may think that if the product breaks you are at fault, but if it broke with his screws I doubt he would do anything for you anyways...

What I don't understand is why we can't use thread lock on the screws we already have. I must have missed that post in the last few weeks...

well that would be a problem then, he's an approved vedor here...i know what that means, i applied for vendor status and then the product never came about...that's another story. but part of being a vendor means you can produce a product, deliver it, and stand behind it. i don't think that's asking to much. i understand it's just 4 little screws, but where do you draw the line? what part or piece in an order, paid for, and not shipped is okay? just asking...? okay, i'll let it go....i've vented enough :)

hey i fully agree...I am just basing my opinion off of the laundry list of problems that have been cropping up with Brach's customer service.

Sorry to hear what happened. Just remember that most are usually following this thread. I know sometimes things are hard to keep track of and emotions get in the way. Life moves on whether you do or not, and now that we know what happened, most of us do understand, but you have to realize that as your customers it's hard also for us to understand if we're left in the dark.

I've sent a few messages to you, don't worry about getting back to me as i understand where you stand. Take care of the others first.
