I still dont see how your warrenty is voided? No mods, no signs of abuse?
How can you do any kind of oil analysis when the engine is blown and oil has already leaked out? The oil is full of debris and some of it is missing due to the failure. You could do a few tests for viscosity and maybe grade/syntetic and thats about it.
If its lack of lubrication, then the bearings on your crank would be siezed up or show signs of extreme over heating. They would be black and have burned/charred oil residue.
Chances are when your engine blew, alot of the informtion on why it broke destroyed because of how violent the failure is.
Anyways, I still cant wrap my mind around why you have pay for an engine when you have a warrenty.
What about connecting rods or the crank itself or the bolts attaching the connecting rods to the crank or the alignment/balance of the crank. There are a lot of things that can go wrong. Not to mention WHY there was lack of lubrication. Bad oil pump? Blockage in one of the lines. A leak in a seal somewhere... Lack of lubrication is a very general statement.
I also cant believe you have to pay for the engine teardown. I think if they say your warrenty is void because of something you did or didnt do, the burden of proof is on THEM not you. They are the ones saying your contract with them is void and they gave you no reason as to why? I would want concrete proof because as of right now it sounds like hearsay.
They say you didnt change your oil right and want proof that you did in the form of reciepts. (By the way thats what I like to call an impossible task, no one keeps all their reciepts ever. Its a way for them to snake out of the deal). I would fire right back and say I want PROOF that it was an oil related issue. If anything is questionable then they cant 100% say its your fault because you forgot to change the oil.

He claims that 99.9% of all bottom end failures are due to lack of lubrication
