3" all the way through, no bottlenecks or step-downs/ups. no resonators and no cats = least amount of resistance possible. plus, to be honest, it's priced the best compared to all the rest of the s/j pipe back exhausts. i'm not really concerned with how loud it is (at least not right now) and i think it's a better looking muffler set-up. i'm not real fond of the straight through "coffee-can" style muffler; had my share of those and i've grown out of it i guess... not that there's anything wrong with them.

looks to me that it starts at the end of the J.
I got it used for a steal of a price. Plus I'm selling my entire exhaust to stephen for 150. I have the stock S, J, catted mid pipe, mam catless mid pipe, and cork sport axle back. I think its a good deal.

ehh it was fine nothing wrong with it sounded like most of the other msp exhaust that were straight thru. Alltho i think my apexr1 sounds a little deeper
