i talked to the owner of my local dealership and all he said was the rental wasnt covered for the first 5 days so they arent going to do anything.. then i called mazda na and talked to three people and they just kept saying the same thing.. i just wanted to reach thru the phone and punch someone.. UGH!!!
man that is one crappy dealershit. mine will give me a rental for something as simple as an oil change. Make nice with the service manager and maybe he will hook you up, its general customer service and i dont see why they wouldnt do it
