RPM equal length tubular header

Yeah us Canadians are slow....its winter time so give us a break LOL.

We've been wicked busy with other builds but this is one we are looking forward to as well.
As of tomorrow we are ordering enough materials to make 6 of these factory replacement headers so they can be built right away.

Did I already mention that installing this header is soooo simple, every exhaust stud nut is accessible with a regular socket and ratchet...except 1 which is still pretty easy to get at with a wrench.
 
Wow, definitely let us know when the first batch is done and ready - I'd love to snatch one up (cabpatch)

Yeah that will be such a big help to get a good seal on the gasket. People may not realize how much that helps, it's such a pain for me with the spool kit.

Yes...oh snap indeed lol.

This week we hope to have the car dyno'ed in stock form and then with the header on...after that is finished, we build a full turbo-back 3" exhaust :)
 
Almost wish I was a turbo guy, prospects of Intake manifolds, direct replacement turbo manifolds. Things are finally looking up for MSP guys

Wow, looks stunning. The only thing I have to ask is: where is the EGR?


Yeah the thing about the EGR....we couldn't get it mocked up in time for the final weld and ceramic coating.

But

We will be putting this on, for now it will throw a CEL, but once this final peice is fitted we can make an EGR tube. The factory one will not work.
 
if you just take the egr line and cut it and put a breather filter on the end of the pipe so the egr still sees come air it will not throw a cel.

Nice shots and product, lets see some dyno cuz i believe everyone is dieing for some dyno results "turbolife -FMIC is taking too long , SteedSpeed still not a final dyno results, 505zoom- IM is far from dyno for now(glare)"

Lets hope nothing goes wrong, how many PSI you running stock (just wondering) ??

Performance is great thing to look for but keeping the car state emission compliable is an important issue these days, plus EGR won't hurt you're 800 WHP performance if you get what I mean ;).

THis might look kinda out of place but so far its looks like , first batch might be the best that you've seen but when revision are done and the new one comes out you blame your'self for not waiting.

I just hope this is one shot one big bang for the buck , cuz i wouldn't like the next revision to be better (headshake ,
