Hahah!!!
As long as you can keep a straight line and put your right foot on the ground, you can beat an Mazda anything with a vette.
Right cause every single race event in the world outside a drag strip only occurs in a straight line. What nonsense.
I can't speak for you jeff but I'd be flattered to see this kind of squirming. No doubt all the domestic nutswingers are just jealous cause their car won't ever see a magazine article unless it's the autotrader.
I could care less how much HP your vehicle has. If you're concerned specifically for HP then all you have is a Dyno queen car. The driver combined with the capabilities of the car are what make the magic happen. I recall an After9 event a year ago at speedworld where the Evo's were all running mid 14's and 15 second 1/4 mile times.
Anyway, I digress...
Why I'm excited about MM's ride ending up in modified is because it's a combination of tasteful modifications, origional design, and above all it's all done inside his garage. While I'm one person, I could care less how fast you are or how much your car costs...if all you did was drop off your ride along with a blank check you've got no respect in my book.
MM's passion for cars, Mazda's and the RX8 in particular is no mystery to us at AZMC as we see it every day. Jeff's always working on methods to improve his setup, and always making sure the car is performing at 100%. His vehicle exists as it does because of his own efforts.
He's contributed heavily to the build out and design of my own RX8 as well.
Anyway, I just felt like it needed to be said to all you nutswingers who want to troll this thread. You show me half the passion I see here in phoenix and maybe I'd give you props. Till then, go back to playing need for speed and pretending like anyone cares about your ride.
