Made some good progress on the PS pulleys today. I expect to have them finished tomorrow.
They will be $65 shipped in the US and $70 shipped to Canada.

Is he taking payments already?

I have not posted that I am taking payments, but a few have already sent it in for one reason or the other. I will open the Paypal flood gates today. Right now there are 45 Powersteering Pulleys left. I expect them to be done today or early tomorrow. From there they will go to anodize. Anodize takes 2-4 days. Then a day to box, label and get half out. The next day the remaining half. So they will start shipping late next week and people will start seeing them the week after.

The first page will be updated with the current quanity left. Right now there are 45 PS pulleys left up for grab. I have also struck a deal with one of the most respected members on this board to write up "How-To's" on these pulleys for others to follow.

translation....I want to pay, I want to pay, I want to pay. Trying to wait for the official word.

I'm getting ready to go to work now and in just 3 minutes 2 payments came in. I am more than positive more will before I give the word. For those Premature guys that have paid, please do not ask when the pulleys will ship because you paid early. They will ship the stated time already given. By paypal's rules I have to ship within 7 days. So I do not like to take money early.

First page updated. Next is the crank pulley. The timing marks are already being cut out and the pulley will start being machined late next week. I will be out of town From Oct 24th - Nov 2nd. I am going to SEMA with my work and will not be by a computer. So I need to calculate getting the crank pulley made and shipped before I leave. Once that is done, adjustable CAM GEARS are next.
The same time the cam gears are beng made so will another batch of ALT, WP and PS pulleys. The price for the 2nd batch will be alittle higher, so if you can get in on the first runs, it will save you $5-$10.

Is there a real interest on me making billet aluminum brake and powersteering caps?

i may have missed the post, but how much will the crank pulleys be going for? sorry if it was posted and i missed it. thanks brach...

Billet caps do not take alot of machine time and since the size of the material is not big, it's cheaper than something larger. A PS and brake cap would be about $20-$25 or so each.

oh why not...its only another 50 or so bux...you can put me down for them if you decide to make them

I would be interested in a battery tie down. I remember somebody designed a nice adjustable one so it would work with different batteries but it never ended up getting made.
