I moved this to a new thread as the other one became too plugged up with unneeded posts and I found myself repeating info because others didn’t want to comb through 25 plus pages.
This thread is now for the Light Weight billet Aluminum Protg Water pump pulley. Made with stock size in mind this pulley is made from 6061 T6, anodized Satin silver and fully CNC machined. So your stock or current belts will work.
I am making these in a limited run, so if you are interested, please put out your name on the list. By adding your name to the list that gives me an idea how many to make. It does not mean you have to buy, but please do not add yourself to the list if you have no intention on buying. If you need me to hold one for a few days I can do that, however, if you do not come through on the day said payment would be sent you will loose it to someone else.
The first page will be updated with info and a current list of interested parties.

When I had paypal opened up last time for just 10 hours, we flew through 30 of them. So I will be watching this very closely until their are no more and closing it down so I do not have to break someones heart and refund them.

Update on light weight pulleys.

ALT shipped!
Water pump pulley- finished and shipping on Thursday and Friday.
Powersteering pulley- design finished and test piece will be made and tested tomorrow. Once fitment is correct I will be pushing those out fast as well.
Here is what i would like you guys to decide on. For the protege I have cam gears and a light weight crank pulley left. Both are going to take about a week from start to finish. This is because there are several steps to have done even after they are finished (Anodize and then etching).
The crank pulley will NOT be just a light weight pulley. It will be made just how a stock harmonic balancer is made and will have a rubber center section. There is nobody else out there doing that and I know why (tooling costs).

I planned to make 25 sets of cam gears and 50 crank pulleys. What do you want made first?
If it's the cam gears it will take about a week from start to finish. The crank pulley will take about 1.5 weeks from start to finish.
