the message comes up after just 6 seconds, and no, im not on wireless

i just had a friend (freewheelburner) try to post what i was gonna post, and he couldn't do it either

if this helps, where the post new thread icon is, it has a little lock in it, it was the same way when i created this thread, too, but i could actually make a new thread. help please.....
