AFC-SplitSecond PSC1 Map Library

ok so you did notice the last step was wrong and the color did not match the pin.

some wires don;t match by color...they amtch by pin number.
i think it's ****** up.
i went by pin number....but i already knew most of the wires by heart since they are the same one for emanage.

k i went and looked at my harness and intructions and i believe its the o2 wire that is marked wrong. was that the one that was wrong for you. Well then what wire did i splice lol its the pink/blue one i think lol.

ok, so the AFC i have came preloaded with all cells at 10.2, which created a very rich map.
i decided to give it a try and really see how this thing works, so i uploaded the supermap. let me tell you, what a ******* diference!.

it is the first map i have tried, it does have some lean spots, which brings me to my quetsion:

At WOT, the AFRs start slowly going down until around 11.5, then they start going up again until 12.4....isn't 12.4 too lean?

i was hoping they would had stayed at 11.5-11.9..heck..even 12.1
but 12.4 scares me a bit.

my mods are:
From intake to exhaust:
FMIC, Relocated MAF, Dual Stage Boost Controller 10psi, '97 626 Intake Mani, J-Spec Intake Cam, CS S-pipe and J-pipe, AEM Wideband, 3" Exhaust, ACT 6-puck Racing Clutch, Welded Revised LSD, AFC V2.

Just richen up the upper RPM range a little - it shouldn't be too hard if it's just at WOT. Even though I haven't installed mine I've already made another MAP - a modification to the supermap that richens up the entire RPM range just in case. I will be running that MAP first and if everything looks good I'll probably merge and modify it with the regular supermap. I just don't want to blow it up on the first tuning run...

Ok i need some help i got pulled over for racing last night and i need to get my car inspected but i have a CEL saying System running to rich or lean System 1 Bank 1, the rich and lean has always changed. will the AFC correct that CEL if i get tuned some what descent. and by looking at my sig does anybody have a map that would be good for me.

Thanks for all the help i need to get my car inspected before Sep 13 cause i need to drive to ATL for Nopi.

Im running 9psi and it will drop to around 8

it might be that the car is running rich from the afc or that infact the o2 is bad.

i would replace the o2 and see what's up after that..

DUDE, READ!

50$ bucks....search online for universal o2 sensors...
the OEM replacement is fuckign expensive

It seems that it's time for some larger injectors! I'm guessing that they're running 100% duty cycle in the upper rpm range. Or just lower the boost some.

As long as the universal sensor is Denso. The Bosch are not the best O2 sensor to use for our application, because it's design is completely different.

i'm on stock injectors..

With the airflow your current setup is capable of at 10psi, you'd definitely be running out of injector using the stock injectors. If you try to richen the mixture up now, the engine will just start boost cutting because the injectors are running 100% duty cycle. I was having the same problem at around 10psi.
