I went to the Meeting of the Mazdas (http://www.motm.ca/) yesterday, and despite the sunburn it was a lot of fun. I've never seen so many modded Mazdas in one place before

Meeting of the Mazdas 2007 has been the largest Mazda event in Canada since 2003.

Thanks, I really would like a good DSLR though. I'm still using a cheap point and shoot. Spyders and Tekkies photos came out great.

Which one are you talking about? The Mintblue one won best in proteges, the one parked near the stands was a Mazda dealership ride. I didn't think it looked bad personally, I've seen worse.

What was the most common model at the event...The Pro?

I'd say there were more 3's there than anything else. I liked seeing the white MS3s, they had a few there. Proteges were probably second.

nah, there were more proteges than anything else. We always have the largest presence at Meeting of the Mazdas. This year, we just ran out of room to park ... Keep in mind the 3s got to park in one straight line, while we had to park in 3 rows AND all over the walk way

I used Rochester as a staging point so it was 8-9 hrs to Rochester on Friday (had to sit through a traffic jam from an accident for a couple of hours) and Saturday it was a few hours to Cayuga Raceway. We also had a mini meet before the show and a 30 car convoy to Cayuga (until people got separated )
