Air Flow Logistics AFC Instructions / Schematic

if all you got was a click you cut some wrong wires somewhere. things that would cause the car to click and not start, clutch wire, and the starter wire.

I checked the schematic and checked it with the instructions from the Afc. Do you know what the pin # the starter or clutch wire is? I can check those tomorrow.

Try holding in the alarm button under the dash while turning the key. This always happens to me when i disconnect the battery then reconnect. Make sure when your holding down the button, you keep it held down for about 3 secs after turning the key.

run the alarm through several (2-3) lock and un-lock cycles after you reconnect the negative battery terminal.

so the map that comes withthe AFC is good for my mods @ 10psi i do not need to adjust it. i wont be able to fine tune it for a while untill i get to a dyno i do not have a AF guage but the bad automeater :(

id like to have this question answered too because im running 10 psi as well

yea i talked to ken at protege garage and he said that, all you have to do is install the unit and your good to go, it already has a built map for 10psi, and if you decide to tune it than use your laptop....I have a question peoples how did you get your split second line to your intake manifold pressure, i just recieved the unit but the vacuum line seems short to reach.

my AFC is installed and it's 100 times better to drive now! No more hesitations, a little better on fuel and it pulls much better!(yippy)

I have the same question too but, mine is even more basic...Where do I install the AFC unit? Under the hood? or under the glovebox or behind the ECU panel somehow? And... since I'm an idiot, where on the intake manifold do I install the vacuum line and won't I crimp that line if I run it through the firewall?

Any info is appreciated... I didn't see the schematic so, if someone has that can you re-post it please. Any pictures are also appreciated. I'm clueless.

Thanks!!
