WTT: 03.5 lip for P5 fogs

I'm looking to trade my 03.5 lip and the outside grilles for $50 and a set of P5 fogs, brackets, wiring, switch, etc. Person getting the lip needs to pay for shipping though because it is a big item.....I may be willing to split the shipping depending on what all is coming with the fogs.

it seems like the fogs sell for about $75-$100 and the lip goes for $125-$150......so I feel my offer for trade is a fair one......I can't give $50+lip for the fogs.
