will boost controller and turbo timer void warranty?

hi all, how are y'all doing? haha take care for now! thanks for answering the questions!! :)

So will the turbo timer and/or boost controller void the warranty?

thanks, see u guys

do a search...the warranty topic has been discussed many times...

basically there is no single answer...too many factors come into play...like is your dealer cool? or are they uber ass holes

ok heres how it works and its a law as well, u can prob find a copy of the law on the SEMA website, but here goes........
if a problem or something comes up wrong with the car like a check engine light or something like that the dealer HAS to fix it unless the certain mod/part is what caused the problem. but the dealer HAS to prove that it wasnt a faulty stock part and that it was the certain mod/part that was the cause of the problem. its a law, they can technically be dicks and say no but they HAVE to fix it if its not your fault. so there it is, any questions?

maybe instead of telling him the law and to use the search button , someone with experience with a dealer tell him what they went through when they went to the dealer with these mods

turbo timer definitly shouldnt.
boost controller probably could BUT rip that s*** out if u need to take ur car in.

The turbo timer definitely wont void the warranty as others have said. Anyway, the way I see it is, be able to add/remove the mods from your car yourself or know someone who can do it for little or nothing. Maintain all stock parts, so if an issue comes up, just put the car back to stock, take it in, and you're fine.
