After putting it off for months, I finally decided to paint my calipers today.

We jacked up the rear wheels and we took off the lugs, but the wheels still wont come off!!

Could be a dumb question and sorry if this is a repost because I didn't know what to search for, but I will be so greatful for any quick answer.

Thanks Alot

Hit them with a rubber mallet. Probably rusted to the rotors. Or give them a good kicking.
Yeah... what he said. lol We've all had the same problem. I had to kick and pound the crap outta mine, but it came off.

I had a hard time getting mine off. I used a rubber mallet and every thing and nothing worked!!! I took it to the dealership to get the tires rotated at the last oil change so that should I get a flat, I will be able to take the stupid tire off!

I wish I could post pics! I am so happy with the look of the red G2 paint. I put on four coats and it looks great.

well I know you got the wheels off already...but here is a trick I learned a long time ago and I have never had an alloy wheel stick to a hub since....

When you are ready to jack up the car, take your lug wrench and loosen each lug nut about a turn and a half....this will allow the weight of the car to push the wheel off its seated surface just a tiny bit. then jack up the car, remove the lugs all the way and you will find your wheels loose EVERY time. Works like a champ....just allow GRAVITY to work for you.....

...and put a THIN (very thin) layer of anti-seize on the center bore of the hub to prevent it happening again...
