While pulling the Cobb off and replacing the factory airbox yesterday, I noticed a good sized threaded hole in the top of the transmission. Looks like a bolt should go in it. It is right below a metal box on the inside fender wall that I believe is the balast for the headlight. Any idea what it is for? Does your car have anything attached here? If so, what?
I see a quite a few people have looked at this and no one has answered. I think I asked the wrong question the first time. I don't so much care what the hole is for, what I really want to know is your car like this? Or is something attached there and if so, what?
