What is this harness plug for?

This unknown harness plug is located on the passenger side bumper, just behind the wheel liner, right on the windshield fluid reservoir. It just plugs into a dead cap. What could possibly be there? This is NOT the fog light harness, that's lower. I thought I saw a post in passing that this car has two horn relays but only 1 horn. Could this be for a 2nd horn? Obviously the harness look like it is specifically for something and actually looks familiar but can’t put my finger on it. I'll try to test it out with 'something'.

Probably a low fluid sensor found on Canadian or over-seas Mazda5s.

That makes sense. Didn't think this car had that option but wasn't thinking overseas.
