Vin # vs reflash results

I've been interested in the ECM reflash comments to correct poor performance under 2000 rpm. . I checked and my Vin # is higher than the TSB number for which a reflash is availiable. I also wonder if reflash updates are updated without a reflash number update or date. It would be really benificial to have those people how get reflashes to list their vin number and result. Thanks Ed
