The electric driver's seat on my 2016 Grand Touring has stopped going up and down. The lumbar support works and the back rests moves correctly. My local garage (who I use for maintenance and is a trustworthy guy) mentioned that the "track" needs replace and with parts and labor the cost would be $650 which was a shock. I have an appointment next week at my local Mazda dealer for a comparison. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
