Hi need advice on what to do next.
My car has 130k miles
vaccum reading on startup is -14 /-16 and once warmed up -12 . The car idles rough and my a/f bounces between 15 and 18 on idle. There is a check engine light p171 that goes on and off. Under boost the car does stutter and boost fluctuates between 6 an 9
All my vaccum lines are changed and I tried blowing air thru the wastegate actuator line and no air seemed to blow thru. Im pretty sure its still the original actuator and was wondering if that test of blowing into it is fully accurate?
So should I just start by changing the actuator and go from there?
