Upgraded Turbo questions

have any of you guys running with bigger turbo's had any issues at all with putting power to the ground with the new setup? what i mean is how is the clutch holding up along with the drive train?

i realize a heavier duty clutch should probably be in order after something like this just to play on the safe side but didn't know if there would be any reason to show concern for it right away after the new addition to more power
