I went to 3 alignment places today and they all told me that since I am lowered the negative camber increased and they cant do anything about it. Also they said that the toe isn't whats causing this.
Incorrect toe will cause much more inner tire wear than excessive camber will. Excessive toe-out (which is what your car is likely suffering from) combined with any kind of negative camber will eat the inside of a tire very quickly. Get your car aligned and everything will be fine.
You'll want some negative camber for handling purposes, and either 0 toe, or just a little toe-in to keep tire wear in check.
