The RPM's drop or car dies when I push in the clutch after boost

Need some help! Have a 03.5 MSP and here is whats happening. When driving if I give it the gas to spool the turbo a little then push in the clutch to coast, the RPMs drop down to 300 or less before jumping back up to normal idle. Sometimes it just goes dead and I have to start it back up.

Now if I am just sitting with the clutch in and reving the motor it drops down to a normal idle just like it should but when driving if I spool the turbo up then push in the clutch the RPMs drop WAY TOO MUCH and sometimes goes dead.

Anybody know what the problem is? Thanks a lot!

Try the Idle Air control valve by the throttle body it's held in by two safety screw head things not a normal screw or bolt you need a special bit to take it off... Try taking that off and cleaning it. I had the same problem until I cleaned my IACV and problem went away. You may also want to look at old threads on here about relocating the Maf depending if you've upgraded to hardpipes for the intercooler. Check these two things and I'd bet its one of them. Is there a noise accompaning the clutch-pedal being pressed? If there is, and its a whistling or screeching noise, the clutch throw-out bearing maybe siezed. Need a clutch-kit fitted.

What mods are done to the car? BOV? If so, is it VTA or recirculated? Pre or post MAF?
