6K and I just changed to Mobil 1 15-50W...

Really, 15W50? I have been using 10W30, since thats whats in the owners manual, but maybe i'll switch up at my next oil change ...

The people running 15W-50 are doing so because of their turbo kits....

I went with the same as AGR#7
It says 'newer vechicle formula' on the blue cap 5W30 jug. So i went with that one at 3600km. The other 10W30 is for higher milage vechicles and 15W30 says it's for high performance vechicle. I thought about using the 15W30, but i don't believe i drive that hard to require it. 5W30 is just fine IMO.

I use generic brand Baby oil and paper filled condoms for filters.
It's pretty funky seeing that large oil filled bubble on the back of your motor.
Car runs hot now but hey at least it won't get the AIDS.
