Strange noise

I change my break pads about 3 wks ago. I'm using some hawks hps now. Just a few days ago I started to hear a clicking sound when the car is moving. The sound seems to be coming from one of the corners. The clicking becomes louder and faster as the car goes faster. Once I press the brakes the sound goes away. I didnt replace the rotors. Is that causing the problems? Anyone else encounter this problem? Any ideas?

Update the noise is gone so it was probbally just the new pads rubbing aginst the rotors.
