- 2011 Mustang GT
I got bored between classes and decided to go to the local Ford dealer to look at a few cars.
First was the 2010 Mustang GT. I looked at a Grabber Blue (baby blue) with the 5-speed and the Track Pack. Took it for a spin, absolutely loved it. Car has fantastic steering, great feel inside and out, and looks awesome in the retro color! Without the spoiler on the back, and the sequential tails, the car looks great too. Overall I was very happy with the car. It was optioned out with the premium trim, along with Track Pack, HIDs, security pack, and comfort group, and stickered at $35,285.
Next was a Taurus SHO. Tuxedo black metallic with black interior. Another gorgeous car. Sitting in one of these is like being inside a fighter cockpit. They wrap around you and everything is close to where you are. I can't believe that they went from the 500 to this in a few years, it's almost impossible to tell. Sticker on this was $44,895, and included the 20" luster wheels, massaging heated & cooled seats, and the SHO driver's pack.
So, in short, I like what I saw. I love my Mazda, but I'm always looking for something new and exciting. I'll stop at a Chevy dealer sometime this week and check out the Camaros too.
