Spool MSP taking Orders

I gotta ask this for all my peep (laugh) out there, Ion what is your warranty for parts like the ones that Spool is selling. I know that they have a 5 year warranty on the stuff that they make. What about you all???

Cirielle - the answers are in the 1st paragraph of the reply in which you first asked about our CF hoods

- depending on the part, warranty is different. On our exhausts there's a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture's defects, same with our FMIC and CAI's etc.

Damn MSP people are lucky you get all your parts for cheap! SRT4 owners have to pay like twice as much for our parts!!! And the funny thing is that our cat back is mufflerless but it still runs you about $800-$1000.

If you want to cut out some of the price, see if Terry will make you up an exhaust w/o a muffler, and then just add the muffler of your choice onto it. I love my stainless Thermal R&D muffler...it's barely louder that stock, and produces the lowest growl I've ever heard out of a protege.

ION: Not to be b****y, but please don't jack another vendor's threads. PM the guys if you absolutely must get in touch with them. I've noticed this happening a lot lately and it's not very respectful, IMO. I appreciate the work you've done for us, even though no one has officially seen anything yet, but it's not cool.

I would not have asked for clarification if clarification was there. I understood your first paragraph as stated limited warranty on manufactor's parts....does that imply you as manufactor, or does that imply one that is sold by you. AKA if I got an HKS part from you is that still the same.
Also what do you mean by limited???

Cirielle - yup it's there limited lifetime warranty against manufacture's defects on the parts you specified and we don't make a cat-back alone, it will be a "down-pipe back" as well as a full turbo-back.

Warranty: All of our exhaust products manufactured by Brullen (will be explicitly shown) are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects from factory. Please note that warranty will not be valid if the product has been modified without our consent, damaged in an accident, or abused. Normal wear and tear is not valid basis for a warranty claim.

For a warranty claim, a Warranty Return Number (WRN#) must be obtained, or no processing of the claim will occur.

Any product that has been used in competition (ie: not normal street use) will void its warranty automatically.

Products not manufactured by us will carry a manufactures warranty that will be handled accordingly. Warranties will be provided for factory defects only. Warranty claims are subject to submission to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. iON Performance does not honor warranty caused by shipping carrier, improper handling or installation, any modification, neglect or abuse. All defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of iON Performance from evaluation. No warranty will be honored without WRN#.

Negligence on by the user is not the basis of a valid warranty claim. (ie: installing an exhaust system incorrectly, and causing damage to the part)

We are not responsible for reimbursement of costs associated with a warranty claim. (ie: rental car, labor charges etc).

Cirielle - yup our specific warranty policy is spelled out so there's no grey area. However that info is pertaining @ the moment to our Subaru specific parts.

Yes we will offer a downpipe that will utilize high flow cats or a straight pipe. This will bolt up to our cat back exhaust.
