Everytime my cell phone rings in my car, my stereo gets fuzzy...not FM or am but the CD player...The indash not the changer..what the hell would cause this?

Electromagnetic interferance.
Same reason you can't have cell phones in Hospitals, it F-ups the equipment. It happens in the profession conference systems i do too. Usualy Nextel is the worst but others have done it too.
Is it a Nextell?
The interference is interfering with your cars speakers. I remember when i first found that out I was waving my cell phone around likea light sabre... call me a dork but i thought it was funny. EVery time i swept it past the speaker it got louder.
