Hello, I have an issue with my 2013 Mazda CX-5, 2.2D 175hp. When stopping in traffic for example, after 3-4 seconds of idling, the car starts to shake as the RPMs fluctuate and smoke starts coming out of the exhaust, sometimes an injector even starts to knock.
I haven't been able to check values while the injector knocks.
I have had all four injectors professionally checked and they're in great condition. I have been monitoring a few values while the problem occures, for example:
- EGR valve is closed
- Injector correction values are fine
- Rail pressure is 900Bar at idle and the ECU demands 900Bar, which is curious.
- Baro/MAP/Exhaust Gas pressure sensors are fine
Car drives perfectly fine, no errors/lights on the dashboard. Injector seals have been changed 1000km ago, DPF is fine, no random regens, oil pressure is fine.
What could it be? Thanks.
