the rear sheets in the wheel wells, it's like carpet, and the litle piece is stapled to the bigger one and the litle piece keeps the sides of the bumper from being floppy. It's kind of a cheap way to hold every thing together considering all my staples on the left side came loose, now that piece is being held to the other one by 3 Mazda stainless steel screws with tiny stainless steel Mazda plates on the back of em.
Nah, my guy at carosserie roxboro did it for me no charge, the thing is that when that piece flops if it gets ice on it it risks tearing the skiny lower part under the bumper, that is if you have the sport package I dont know about the other one. Now it is screwed in place and no way that sucker is going anywhere, I'll probably have them screw the other side as well for weight balancing issues, just j/k lool
