Noise in Drive

I've got over 50k now on my 08 AT and its started to make noise when I'm stopped at a light(my foot on the brake, car in drive). The noise goes away if I put it in neutral and its not as loud if I put it in Park or Reverse. Once I take my foot off the brake the noise goes away. I have noticed that it makes the noise about a second or two after I come to a stop. I'm still under warranty, but I was trying to avoid having to take it in. The noise is kinda like a sputtering/clicking sound.

Problem solved. The noise was coming from a loose battery box cover. Sometimes opening the hood and opening my eyes can solve the problem.
