New owner of a 2009 Mazda 5

2009 Mazda 5 Sport
I passed on the 06 and got a 2009 Sport instead. So hi everyone, I'm Swenny. I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana that decided to seize up on me a couple weeks ago so I'm hoping this will work out

Mechanic is looking at it today or tomorrow. I''ve got 52k miles on it so I would like to know what potential issues do I need to be aware of coming?

1. I've been reading about changing the transmission fluid about every 20K-30K because the 5 breaks it down faster. I also don't think I saw in the manual a recommended schedule for ATF (could be wrong)
2. I live in MN and the cold weather seems to add some noise to the suspension. Front right maybe?
3. The sealed bearings on my Montana were fairly easy to swap out. Looks like these may be some more work?
4. Anything else I should know about?

Thanks!

1. Eh, use better fluid and doing every 60k or use the cheap/OEM stuff every 30k OR drain an fill every oil change forevermore and never worry about a flush
2. could be, usually seals warm up after driving a bit so if it goes away after a bit t's probably fine
3. talking wheel bearings? not really, same sealed bearing setup in the front, the rear is cake, it's all 1 piece in the hub, 4 allen bolts
4. change the brake fluid asap because you don't want to assume it's been done
