New member, still part of the Club

I was given a gift from God a little over a month ago when I came upon a KILLER deal on an new 02 Pro5 (10 miles on the odo). $4,500 off got me a nearly fully loaded car for less (considerably) than base MSRP. There are so many things to love about this car I don't have the time to list them. But there is one I would like to comment on. Driving around town I have seen only a hand full of Pro 5s. First of all, this is nice because I almost feel as if Im a part of an exclusive club (unlike civic/corolla owners).
Of the hand full I have seen a couple were driven by women, who could not care less that we both pulled up to an intersection togther (thus letting the beauty of the car be multiplied). However, the other Pro 5s Ive seen were driven by young guys like myself who first take the time to admire my car (as I am with their cars) then give the nod of approval, as If to say, "Your one luck M'F'er!" Its nice to be a part of this unspoken club.

As a side note, since I'm new to the Forum, can someone let me know how to change the image under my forum name. The stock Classic red Pro 5 pic does not do the car any, ANY justice!

Yes, since it seems you are not familiar with virtual board commands, I can provide a little help. The images under your board name can only be 100x100 pixles I believe. Soo it's pretty small. So you'll have to find another picture from somewhere. Can be one you take or off the web. Then you'll have to use some sort of imaging program to shrink down the size of it. I usually use the kodak imaging right on windows. Paint will also work. When you get it within 100x100 save it as a GIF or jpeg. BMP won't work.

Now you have to go to your USER CP in this forum. Click on the Manage Files Tab and upload the picture from your computer to this site. As soon as you upload it hilight and copy that big long URL of the picture. no go to the options tab of your User CP. Go the whole way down to the bottom and click on the change Avatar Button. Now the whole way at the bottom you have to click the custom avatar radio button and then paste the URL of the picture in the text box. Submit changes and you're all set. Easy huh . If you have any questions let me know. I"ll try to help out some more.

Little edit. After backtracking what I told you to do, I found that Under the change avatar screen there is a place to upload an avatar right from your computer so you can skip the whole upload, copy and paste parts and go right to the change avatar part. Sorry.
