Need help installing boost controller!!

where do i tap in the vacume line form the wastegate for my Greddy profec-V boost controller to work ive tried twice but i just cant get to boost to go higher than stock.

At the T fitting between the waste gate actuator and the turbo. Its the fitting right by thr front right of the motor.
