My 5 is powerful enough that I enjoy driving it, I accelerate like a grandma anyway to save gas so it's not like I'm missing out on power. If I had an MS3 or something, I fear I would one day get in trouble for street racing. I don't need that temptation.

as gas keeps heading for $3 plus, small displacement, small HP is looking more and more appealing.

and as my signature states, my MS3 makes me obnoxious at times and prone to acts of jackassery.

Unfortunately, I was able to prove (in embarrassing circumstances that will NOT be expounded upon) that the 5 is as quick as a V8 Buick Rainier. Not underpowered - journalists just spend too much time in the M3s of the world!
