moonroof defect?

Guys,

I was wondering if this is normal. The rubber trim around the moonroof seems to be scraping off, like its hitting the roof while its being retracted. Does your moonroof trim have scrape marks?

If not, i'll have to bring it in and have them change the trim and re-align the moonroof.

THere was someone else who had thisproblem.. MP5Raycer i think.... hopefullyhe will let you know what happened.... I think it should be covered... its not your fault it is out of alignment.

Mine is fine, but my track has damage to it... wont let my moonroof open once and a while.

for slide....the top of the molding right beside the glass is scraped.

especially on the shorter sides.....

i'ts like leaving a black scrap mark along the paint..
