where could i buy a cleaning kit or a replacement filter? would any aftermarket filter do the trick of it fits onto the pipe?

pep boys, advanced auto, auto zone, etc. and yes one would fit, measure sice of pipe and tell workers at said places

You can use the AEM Dryflow cleaning kit, which is the same thing. They have them on their site for order as well.
